About Northville Colony Estates 3, 4 & 5

Northville Colony Estates is located in Northville Township in southeastern Michigan.

The subdivision includes 317 homes that were built primarily in the 1980s and is considered phases 3, 4 & 5 of development. Homes here are south of Six Mile Road and east of Winchester Drive.

Residents of Northville Colony Estates enjoy a beautiful setting. Our subdivision offers two common parks, a walking path with nearby benches and a playground. Our location affords us walking/biking distance to Winchester Elementary and Meads Mill Middle schools which include access to school playgrounds, basketball courts, a running track and ball fields.

Also nearby is the picturesque Edward Hines Drive with its numerous parks, offering beautiful fall foliage along the meandering Middle Rouge River, sledding hills, playscapes, ball fields and a disc golf course.

The Northville Colony Estates HOA coordinates several events throughout the year, including an Easter Egg Hunt, a marshmellow roast, a campout in the park, a Halloween costume contest and a Subdivision Garage Sale. All neighborhood amenities are maintained with lower yearly dues than many nearby Northville subdivisions.
